(OTC PINK:USMJ) has staged a decision to take over California Business In Strategy as part of the strategy to establish a footprint in Cannabis market in California. The acquisition allows North American Cannabis Holdings ((NACH) to realize sales of $5.1 billion in the year 2019. It is as part of the recent strategy of NACH to expand the business in Canada and California.
North American Cannabis Holdings Acquires Turning Point Cannabis Strategies
North American Cannabis Holdings has decided to take over Turning Point Cannabis Strategies to advance the entry of USMJ into Cannabis market of California.
Turning Point Cannabis Strategies (TPCS) is engaged in developing brand strategies for dispensary co-op and Cannabis growers in California. The company is also eyeing an opportunity in Washington through brand building. The company is committed to pumping in funds as part of the take over of grow/ dispensary operation. After establishing the model co-op operation, TPCS will initiate the efforts to sign-up the independent grow/dispensary operations. TPCS will be able to market the products/ services with the newly established brand name.
As part of the strategy, the company will exchange its equity with that of USMJ. The Cannabis co-op brand plan of TPCS is in tune with the previously published plan of USMJ to introduce a cannabis business model similar to that of a Sun Maid Raisin in the legal markets. It is also eyeing to capitalize on the legalization of Cannabis across the US.
USMJ is planning for grow/dispensary operation in Canada and California with in an-house operation. The Chief Executive Officer at Puration Inc., a sister concern of USMJ, Mr. Brian Shibley is leading the two firms in the strategic decisions in Canada.
