The company has revealed the location of the newest Snakes & Lattes Inc. location, named Snakes & Lattes ‘Tempe’ and it has made a deposit for the premise with the Tempe, Arizona landlord so as to open the first US based Snakes & Lattes board game bar.

The company and the landlord have agreed on the terms as well as the lease for the new location which is being drafted and will be signed in a few days.

The targeted date for opening the Tempe plant is June – July 2018. The company intends to rent a residential property in Tempe for around 6 months and will house Snakes & Lattes Inc. staff and management from Toronto, ON. These staff will oversee of the renovation work and a smooth hiring, training, and launching process.

The company has received commitment from one of most influential board game bloggers in Arizona. The place is located in Tempe, Arizona in the ancient Z’Tejas Restaurant which is just next to Mill Avenue. Tempe’s Mill Avenue District is one of the best entertainment zones in Arizona. Commonly referred to as the hot spot in the Valley of the Sun Phoenix region, Mill Avenue has the highest number of cafes, microbreweries, restaurants, sports bars, nightlife and unique shopping than any other place in the Metro area. Tempe’s Mill Avenue is friendly to pedestrians and has ample space for parking. The place is just minutes away from Sky Harbor International Airport and the Arizona State University, which has an annual enrolment of over 72,000.
